Smart Door lock not working at 97th place property. Upon arrival I was able to unlock door and it was working normally in person. However, it was not working remotely. I found that the modem and router were off and no lights. I tested the outlet and found no current. I checked the circuit breakers and found that living room circuit was tripped. Power restored upon switching it back on. I confirmed customer was now able to access it remotely. Cleaning person was on site and we left at the same time locking the door.
